Angela Belford is the co-owner of The Belford Group, a Fayetteville-based digital marketing company. She's a wife, mother of three adult children, Gigi to Henry, and his sibling who will arrive in 2022. She’s most passionate about being a life coach, author, and speaker. She regularly coaches people on how to actually process emotions to experience breakthroughs to achieving goals, overcoming perfectionism, and having more satisfaction.
Sami Kinnison is a co-host of the Be Freaking Awesome Podcast, where she brings her passion for resilience, communication, and personal growth to every conversation.

Jonathan Janacek is the President of Janacek Remodeling, a family-owned firm in Rogers, AR. He joined the business full-time in 2002 and became President in 2022, succeeding his father, Tim Janacek, who founded the company over 35 years ago. Jonathan has extensive experience in remodeling, having worked as a laborer, painter, trim carpenter, project manager, sales, design, and Vice President of Operations. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Construction Technology from NWACC and has earned certifications such as Graduate Master Remodeler, Certified Green Professional, and Residential Construction Superintendent. Janacek Remodeling, known for high-end kitchen and bathroom remodels, room additions, and whole-home renovations, was named in Remodeling Magazine’s Big50 list in 2019. Jonathan, an Eagle Scout, has also taught construction methods at NWACC as an adjunct instructor. More at janacekremodeling.com.
